Hr attendance rest time included

This module adds a way to record rest or break periods that happen during an employee's working day, and to keep them visible next to the normal attendance information.

• On each attendance record you get a new "Breaks" button (coffee icon) that opens the list of break times linked to that attendance. The list shows the employee, break start, break end and the break duration.
• A new "Rest Hours" column is added to the attendance list, graph and pivot views, so you can see how much time was spent on breaks separately from worked hours.
• A "Break Count" indicator shows how many breaks are linked to an attendance, and a small clock button appears in the list when there is at least one break.
• On attendance reasons, a new "Rest time included" checkbox appears (only for sign-out reasons). When an employee signs out using a reason with this option ticked, the system automatically creates a break record starting at that moment.
• When the employee signs back in, the open break is closed automatically and the attendance is resumed, so the break is not counted as worked time.
• Break records are linked to the attendance and are removed automatically if the attendance is deleted. Managers and attendance officers can create, edit and delete breaks; employees with read-only attendance access can only view them.
