HR Employee Emergency Contact

This module extends the employee record in Odoo with a new section for emergency contacts.

On the employee form, a new tab called "Emergency Contacts" appears alongside the other employee information tabs. Inside it you can add as many contacts as needed. For each contact you see and fill in the person's name, job title, phone, mobile number and email address.

Contacts are stored as regular Odoo contacts (partners), but only individual people can be selected: companies are excluded from the selection. When you add a new contact from this tab, it is created as a person by default.

The module does not add any menus of its own; everything is available directly on the existing employee form. It does not add automatic checks, emails or scheduled actions — it simply stores and displays the emergency contact information.

It touches the employee model (hr.employee) and links it to the contact model (res.partner).
