HR Employee First Name and Two Last Names

This module extends the employee form so you can store a person's first name, father's last name and mother's last name in separate fields instead of one single name. On the employee form, a new 'Second last name' field appears right after the existing 'Last name' field.

When you type or change any of these three fields, Odoo automatically rebuilds the full name shown in the 'Name' field, following the name order configured in the system (for example, first name then last names, or last names then first name). If you instead type directly into the full name field, Odoo splits it back into the three separate parts.

When an employee is linked to a user or a home address contact, the first name, last name and second last name are also copied to that contact, so the contact record stays consistent.

During installation, the module clears the old first and last name values and re-reads all existing employee names to fill the new fields correctly. It also sets the default name order to 'first name then last names'.

This module works together with the employee first name and partner second last name modules, and it affects the hr.employee and hr.employee.base models.
