Hr Expense Advance Clearing Consolidation

This module adds a way to combine several open employee advances (down payments) into a single new advance. From the expense sheets list you can select more than one advance and run the "Consolidate Open Advances" action.

Before anything happens, the module checks that: - at least two advances are selected; - all selected advances belong to the same employee; - each selected advance still has a remaining balance; - each selected advance is already paid (done); - none of them is linked to an expense report that is still open.

If any of these rules is not met, an error message explains what is wrong and nothing is created.

When the checks pass, the remaining balances are gathered, the related accounting entries are reconciled, and a new expense sheet named "Consolidated Advance" is created for the same employee. It is submitted, approved, posted and marked as paid automatically. The new advance is flagged as a consolidated advance, and a note is logged on both the new advance and each original advance so you can trace what was merged.

Only users with the accounting manager permission can run the action. The expense sheet list now shows the remaining balance of each advance, and the search filters include a "Consolidated Advance" filter to find the advances created this way.
