HR Expense Receipt Require

This module adds a receipt requirement to expense products. On the product form used for expenses, a new checkbox called "Require a receipt" appears next to the cost field. When it is ticked, any expense line using that product must have at least one attachment before it can be submitted.

The rule is enforced in two places: - When an employee submits individual expenses, Odoo blocks the action and shows the message "You need to provide a receipt to submit this expense!" if a required receipt is missing. - When an expense report (sheet) is submitted, Odoo checks every expense line in it and blocks submission with a message naming the offending expense.

On the expense report form, a checkbox "Allow lines without attachment" is available, but only to members of the group "Expenses-can skip required attachment". When ticked on a report, the receipt requirement is ignored for that report, which is useful for corrections or exceptions.

The module extends the existing expense models hr.expense and hr.expense.sheet, and adds the new field to product.template. It does not create new menus; the new options appear inside the standard expense and product screens.
