Image Tag - Server Environment

This module connects two existing features: image tags and server environment configuration. It does not create new screens; instead it enriches the existing image tag records.

• A new "technical name" field is added to every image tag. This name is the key used by the server environment mechanism to match a tag with configuration values defined per server.
• The technical name is shown in the image tag list view, right after the tag name, so users can see and edit it directly.
• The same field is added to the image tag search view, so users can search and filter image tags by their technical name.
• The module extends the image.tag model by mixing in the server environment technical name behaviour, which is what makes the technical name meaningful for environment-specific settings.

In practice, administrators who manage different servers (for example test and production) can give each image tag a stable technical identifier and then define different values for that identifier in the server environment configuration. No new menus, buttons, reports or automated rules are added by this module; it is a small connector that only touches the image.tag model and its existing tree and search views.
