Currency Rate Update: Banca d'Italia

This module extends the currency rate update feature so that Odoo can download daily exchange rates directly from the Bank of Italy website.

• In the currency rate provider configuration, a new option "Bank of Italy" becomes available in the service list.
• When this provider is selected, Odoo knows which currencies the Bank of Italy publishes rates for (a long list including EUR, USD, GBP, JPY and many others).
• The module fetches the rates in JSON format from the Bank of Italy's public web service, day by day, for the requested period.
• Rates are always published by the Bank of Italy with EUR as the base currency. If your company's base currency is not EUR, the module automatically converts the rates so they are correct for your base currency.
• The update runs through the standard currency rate update mechanism, so you can schedule it or run it manually from the currency rate provider screen.

It touches the res.currency.rate.provider model, adding the new service option and the logic to retrieve and convert rates. No new menus or reports are added; everything appears inside the existing currency rate update configuration.
