English

Module for managing the types of documents linked to invoices. The data related to the linked documents is then exported in the electronic invoice XML or imported during the creation of an invoice from an XML file. If a related document has 0 as the line reference, it means that it refers to the entire document and not to a specific invoice line.

Italiano

AI-generated from the code · Odoo 19.0

Lets Italian users attach related documents (orders, contracts, agreements, receptions, related invoices) to invoices, with CIG/CUP codes, so they are exported in the electronic invoice XML and imported back from received XML files.

This module adds a way to record the documents that an Italian electronic invoice refers to, and to carry that information in and out of the e-invoice XML.

On invoices (customer invoices, credit notes, vendor bills and refunds for Italian companies) a new "Related Documents" tab appears. There you can add lines, each with a document type (Order, Contract, Agreement, Reception, Related Invoice), a document ID, an optional line reference, a date, item number, order/agreement code, CIG code and CUP code. A line reference of 0 means the document refers to the whole invoice rather than a specific line.

When the invoice is exported to the Italian e-invoice XML, these entries are written into the corresponding sections (purchase order, contract, agreement, reception, related invoices) and the sections are ordered as required. Simplified documents skip this.

When an invoice is created by importing an e-invoice XML, the related documents found in the file are created automatically and linked to the invoice and, when a line reference matches, to the right invoice line.

The first order, contract or agreement entered is also copied into the invoice's standard origin-document fields (type, name, date, CIG, CUP), and changes there are kept in sync with the related document. Unknown document types are rejected with an error.

A "Related documents" menu under Accounting lists all these entries in read-only mode.
