Romania - Invoice Report

This module adapts the printed invoice for Romanian companies. It only changes what appears on the invoice PDF and a few screens; it does not create new documents.

On the printed invoice, when the invoice belongs to a Romanian company, the report now shows: - the customer's trade register number (NRC), if filled in on the customer; - the bank name and account number of the customer's bank accounts that are flagged to be printed on the report; - a free text configured per company, displayed after the invoice note, intended for invoices issued without a stamp or signature.

When the invoice currency is not the company currency, the tax totals block also shows an "Exchange Rate" line (for example 1 EUR = x RON), but only for companies whose country is Romania.

In the invoice form, users with multi-currency access see a new group "Amounts in company currency" with the untaxed amount, tax, total and amount due converted to the company currency.

In Settings, under Invoicing, a new field lets each company enter the text to print on invoices without a stamp. The value is company-specific and translatable.

The module also marks invoices and sales orders as Romanian records through the existing Romanian localization mixin, which is what triggers the extra invoice content.
