Romania - Stock Accounting Notice

This module adds a Romanian "notice" (aviz) concept to warehouse operations. On a transfer (stock.picking) you get a new "Romania - Is a notice" checkbox, shown on the transfer form and in the transfer list, and a matching "Is notice" filter in the transfer search. When the box is ticked, the customer/supplier field becomes mandatory.

You can also set a whole operation type (stock.picking.type) as notice by default, so new transfers created from it are automatically flagged. Purchase orders follow the same rule when their operation type is a notice type.

Behind the scenes, notice transfers are valued differently: receipts with a notice post to the stock-picking payable account (408) and deliveries with a notice post to the stock-picking receivable account (418), instead of the usual stock accounts. Returns of notice receipts and deliveries are handled too, and dropshipped moves are marked as notice reception or notice delivery depending on their direction.

On invoices, when the related purchase or sale has a notice transfer, the payable/receivable line is redirected to the configured stock-picking payable or receivable account. The module works on stock moves, stock valuation layers, transfers, operation types, purchase orders, product accounts and invoice lines, and it only applies to companies flagged as Romanian localisation records.
