Romania - Stock Picking Comment Template

This module lets a Romanian company print official-style texts on its warehouse documents. On a transfer (stock.picking) two new fields appear: a delegate (a contact person, restricted to individuals) and a transport mean (a free text such as a car plate). When you pick a delegate, the transport mean already stored on that contact is filled in automatically; when you save a transfer with both fields, the transport mean is also saved back on the delegate so it is reused next time.

A new Comments tab on the transfer form shows which comment templates apply. Templates are picked automatically based on the operation type and locations, and only for Romanian records. Ready-made templates are included: - Delivery and internal transfer: a "Delivery Order" heading, and a footer table with elaborator, delegate, transport mean, date and a signature box for reception. - Reception: a "Reception Note and Differences" heading quoting supplier, delegate, car number and accompanying documents, plus a signature table for the reception commission and stock responsible. - Consumption and usage giving: headings and signature tables for giver, receiver and date.

These texts are printed on the delivery slip and the picking report, before or after the product lines. A menu "Romanian Stock Picking Comments" under Inventory configuration lets stock managers maintain the templates; stock users can only read them.
