Thai Localization - Expense Withholding Tax

This module connects employee expenses with Thai withholding tax rules. On each expense line, a new "WT" field appears next to the existing taxes field, both on the individual expense form and inside the expense lines list of an expense report.

The withholding tax is filled in automatically from the product used on the expense: if the product has a supplier withholding tax configured, that tax is proposed on the expense. Users can still change it manually on the line.

When the expense is posted to accounting, the withholding tax chosen on the expense is copied onto the journal item lines that come from the product, so the withholding tax is reflected in the accounting entries generated by the expense.

• Automatic behaviour: withholding tax defaulted from the product's supplier withholding tax.
• Business rule: the selected withholding tax is passed to the accounting move lines created from the expense.
• Touches: hr.expense and the accounting entries generated from expenses.

This is an Alpha localization module for Thailand, so it is intended for companies using Thai withholding tax together with the standard Expenses app.
