Mail Activity Done

When users finish an activity in Odoo (for example a call, a meeting or a to-do linked to a customer), the activity can normally disappear once it is marked as done. This module changes that behaviour by making sure completed activities are kept for future reporting.

It works on the activity types configuration (the list of kinds of activities such as "Call", "Meeting" or "To-Do"). A new option called "keep done" is added to each activity type and is switched on by default, so any new activity type created afterwards will also keep its completed activities.

• Existing activity types already in the database are updated automatically when the module is installed, so the option is turned on for all of them.
• New activity types inherit the same default, so no manual setup is needed.
• Because completed activities are retained, they remain available for reporting and follow-up instead of being removed.

The module only touches the activity type configuration and relies on the standard Discuss/Mail activity features. It does not add menus, buttons or reports of its own; the option appears inside the activity type settings screens provided by Odoo.
