Mail filter adressee by partner contacts and users

When you send an email from Odoo (for example from an invoice or a sales document), the recipient list can be very long. This module adds a small radio-button selector above the recipient field called "Filtering relevant adressees".

• "Contacts" (the default) limits the list to partners related to the document being sent: the customer, the invoice address, the delivery address and the partners already following the conversation.
• "Users" limits the list to partners that are linked to at least one internal user.
• "All" shows every partner, without filtering.

Private-type partners are always excluded from the list.

The selector appears both in the standard email composer and in the "Send Invoice" wizard, so the same choice is available when emailing an invoice. Changing the option immediately refreshes the available recipients.

The module extends the email composer (mail.compose.message) and the invoice sending wizard (account.invoice.send), and it depends on the mail, account and sale applications. It does not create new menus or reports; it only changes the recipient selection behaviour inside existing email screens.
