MIS Builder with Operating Unit

This module adds operating unit filtering to MIS Builder reports. On a MIS report instance you get two new fields: a list of operating units and a checkbox meaning "no operating unit". The same two fields are also available on each period of the report, so a single report can mix periods that look at different operating units.

When you tick the "no operating unit" checkbox, the operating unit list is cleared automatically and the report only takes accounting entries that have no operating unit at all. If the checkbox is not ticked, the report uses the operating units selected on the report instance, and a period can further narrow this down with its own selection.

These fields are only visible to users who belong to the multi operating unit group. On report periods, the fields only appear when the period source is actuals or actuals alternative, because only those sources read accounting entries.

A security rule restricts MIS report instances: a user can only see reports that either have no operating unit set or that include at least one operating unit the user is allowed to use. The module touches mis.report.instance and mis.report.instance.period and adds fields to the existing MIS Builder tree, form and period form views.
