Access all Operating Units

This module extends the Operating Unit feature by adding one extra permission group, "Access all Operating Units", placed under the Operating Units category in the user rights settings.

• Normally, a user only sees the Operating Units that have been explicitly assigned to them in their user record. With this group enabled, that restriction is lifted and the user can access all Operating Units (master data) without any manual assignment.
• The module works by changing the existing record rule that limits which Operating Units a user may see. The rule now allows everything for members of the new group, and keeps the usual "only my assigned Operating Units" behaviour for everyone else.
• It appears in Odoo under Settings, in the user rights / groups area, where an administrator can tick the group on a user or on a group template.
• No new menus, screens, buttons or reports are added; the change is purely a permission change on the existing Operating Unit data.
• It touches the Operating Unit model and its security rule, and depends on the base Operating Unit module.

In short: administrators can grant full visibility of all Operating Units to chosen users with a single checkbox, instead of maintaining long lists of Operating Units per user.
