Partner Category Description

This module extends the contact tags (categories) in Odoo with an extra text field called description.

Where it appears: - On the contact tag form, a new group with the description field is added after the existing groups. - In the contact tag list view, the description column is shown by default (you can hide it with the optional column toggle). - In the contact tag search view, the description is added right after the name, so you can search tags by their description.

Business behaviour: - The description is a short text field and is translatable, meaning you can enter a different description per language. - No automatic checks, computations, restrictions, emails or scheduled jobs are added by this module.

What it touches: - The res.partner.category model, which is the model behind contact tags. - The standard contact tag views from the Contacts app (form, list and search).

This is a simple data-organisation helper: it does not change how contacts are created or how tags are assigned, it only lets you document what each tag means.
