Partner First Name and Last Name - Portal

This is a small glue module that makes the OCA first/last name feature work on the customer portal. Once a customer is logged in, the My Account page shows separate "First Name" and "Last Name" boxes for individuals, while companies keep the usual single name field.

• The portal account form now displays a read-only Individual/Company indicator, so customers can see their type but cannot change it (changing it could cause problems with invoices).
• For individuals, the single name field is hidden and replaced by First Name and Last Name fields; for companies, the company name field is shown and the first/last name fields are hidden.
• Which fields are mandatory follows the configuration of the first/last name module: depending on that setting, first name, last name, or both may be required. If the setting is "no", the customer must still fill in at least one of the two, otherwise an error message asks them to enter a first or last name.
• When a customer saves the form, the combined name is not overwritten, so the separate first and last names are preserved on the contact record (res.partner).

The module touches the contact model res.partner and the portal account page, and is installed automatically when both the first/last name module and the portal are present.
