Partner Identification Notification

This module adds expiry notifications to partner identification documents. On each identification category (for example a passport or a licence type) you get three new settings: a 'Send Notification' switch, a '# of Days Before Expiration' number, and an 'Email Template' to use. The days and template fields only appear when the switch is on, and they then become mandatory.

A daily scheduled job runs the notification check. It looks at identification numbers whose category has notifications enabled, whose status is still open or pending, and whose expiry date falls between today and the chosen number of days before today. For each such record it stamps a 'Notification Date' and immediately sends the selected email template to the partner.

Each identification number now also shows the usual chatter area, so sent emails and messages are logged on the document. The notification date is set only once per record, so the same document is not emailed again on later runs.

Everything happens on the existing partner identification screens; no new menu is added. The module touches res.partner.id_category and res.partner.id_number.
