PMS partner identification

This module adds identity-document handling to the check-in process of the property management system.

On every check-in guest record, four new fields appear right after the birth date: document country, document type, document number and expedition (issue) date. They are shown in the check-in form, the reservation and folio lists, the check-in list and the kanban view.

When a guest is linked to a partner, these fields are pre-filled from the most recently updated identification number already stored on that partner, so staff do not retype data.

Business rules added: - The document type list is filtered by the chosen document country; a type can be limited to certain countries. - If the chosen type does not allow the chosen country, a validation error blocks saving. - The document number is checked against the validation rule defined on the document type (for example, a national ID is checked with the country's VAT/number format). - A partner cannot hold two identification numbers of the same type.

When a check-in is confirmed, the system first looks for an existing partner with the same document number and type and reuses it; otherwise it creates a new partner. The document is then created or updated on the partner's identification numbers.

Document types (National ID, Passport, Other) come pre-loaded with priorities, and the identification type and number screens gain a country field and a country restriction.
