Rooming xlsx Management

This module works on the Property Management System (PMS) folio screen. On a folio form you get two extra buttons in the button box:

• Print Rooming: builds an Excel file named after the folio(s) and containing one row per check-in partner. The sheet is called "Rooming" and shows the folio name, the room, and all the check-in partner fields that the PMS module exposes, with a header row, frozen header, and alternating shading per reservation so each reservation group is easy to read.
• Import Rooming: opens a small wizard where you upload an .xls or .xlsx file and press Import.

The import wizard reads the first row as the header. It expects columns named Code, Folio and Room, and matches any other column whose header equals the label of a check-in partner field. For each data row it looks up the folio by its name and the reservation by room within that folio; if either is not found it stops with an error. The rows are then passed to the PMS check-in partner import routine, which creates or updates the check-in partners. Only .xls/.xlsx files are accepted, and the wizard is available to standard PMS users.
