Portal Partner Block Data Edit

This module adds a control on the contact form so you can decide, contact by contact, whether the linked portal user is allowed to change their own personal information.

• On the contact form (res.partner) a new checkbox 'Block Customer Info Edit' appears after the Reference field. Tick it to lock the portal user's data editing.
• In the portal, the 'My Account' page normally shows an 'Edit' link. When the block is active, that link is replaced by a 'View' link, so the customer can still open the page but cannot change anything.
• On that page, text, phone and email fields are turned into plain read-only text, dropdowns become read-only text, and the save/submit buttons are removed. This is done automatically for the whole account form, so any extra field added by other modules is also protected.
• The setting is read from the logged-in portal user's linked contact, so each customer is handled independently.

The module touches the contact model res.partner, the portal account page and the portal layout template. It does not add new menus; the option is configured directly on the contact record.
