POS Receipt Replace User By Trigram

This module changes how the cashier is shown on Point of Sale receipts. Instead of the full user name, the receipt can show a short code of up to three letters, called a trigram.

• A new "Trigram" field is added on the user/contact form, so you can type the code for each cashier.
• In Point of Sale settings, under the bills and receipts section, a new option "Replace User by trigram in POS receipt" is available. It is turned on by default for each point of sale.
• When the option is on, the receipt line that normally says "Served by <cashier name>" shows "Served by <trigram>" instead. When it is off, the full cashier name is printed as before.
• A scheduled job named "POS: generate user trigram" can fill in missing trigrams for users. It builds the code from the first letter of the first name plus the first two letters of the last name, or the first three letters when only one name is available. The job is created inactive, so it does not run unless someone enables it.

The module works with the Point of Sale configuration (pos.config), the Point of Sale session (pos.session), settings (res.config.settings) and contacts/users (res.partner).
