Product Pricelist Assortment

This module links product assortments (saved product filters) to pricelists, so that price rules are generated automatically instead of being entered product by product.

On a pricelist form you get a new "Assortment Items" tab. There you add assortment items, each one pointing to an assortment filter and carrying the usual price settings (minimum quantity, validity dates, fixed price, percentage or formula). A "Launch assortment update" button on that tab immediately regenerates the related price rules.

When an assortment item is updated, the module reads the products matching the assortment filter and creates one price rule per product, applying the assortment item's price settings. Rules for products that no longer match the assortment are deleted, and only the differences are created or removed, so existing rules are not duplicated.

A scheduled job named "Pricelist Assortment - Launch update" can refresh all pricelists that have assortment items; it is shipped inactive and runs every 10 minutes when enabled. Assortment items whose filter is archived are skipped.

Generated rules are linked back to their assortment item and are hidden from the normal pricelist rules list, which only shows manually created rules. Access rights let all internal users read assortment items, while sales managers can create, edit and delete them; a company rule restricts records to the user's companies.
