Purchase Propagate Quantity

This module changes how Odoo handles quantity changes on confirmed purchase orders. Normally, increasing a purchased quantity updates the receipt, but decreasing it does nothing. With this module, both increases and decreases are propagated to the corresponding stock moves (the receipt operations).

• When you edit the quantity or unit of measure on a purchase order line that is in the 'Purchase Order' state, the linked incoming stock moves are updated to match the new quantity.
• If the new quantity is zero, the related stock moves are cancelled.
• If the new quantity equals the quantity already received, the remaining stock moves are cancelled.
• If you reduce the quantity below what is already received, the module tries to remove the difference from the remaining moves. It will not allow you to remove more than what is still pending; if you try, an error message appears: 'You cannot remove more that what remains to be done. Max removable quantity ...'.
• The reduction is applied move by move, starting with the smallest quantities, and moves are cancelled if their quantity becomes zero.

This affects purchase order lines and stock moves. It works together with the purchase_stock module and is useful when you need to correct ordered quantities after confirming a purchase order without manually adjusting receipts.
