Purchase Stock Manual Currency

This module links two existing features: purchase orders where the currency rate is entered by hand, and the stock moves generated when those orders are received.

Without it, the cost calculated for a stock move could be based on Odoo's automatic currency rate instead of the manual rate typed on the purchase order. With this module, when a purchase order has the manual currency option active, the price used for its stock moves is recalculated using that order's currency and manual rate.

The change happens automatically in the background on the stock.move model. There is no new menu, screen, button or report. Users keep working the same way: they create a purchase order, enable the manual currency setting, enter the rate, and confirm and receive the order. The difference is that the resulting stock move carries the cost converted with the manual rate.

The conversion is done per lot when the move is linked to lots or serial numbers, and as a single value otherwise. The company currency, the purchase order currency and the manual rate are all taken into account, and the calculation is done using today's date.

Because stock move costs feed inventory valuation and product costs, this module helps keep those values consistent with the manually set purchase currency rate. It only applies to stock moves that come from a purchase order line whose order has the manual currency option enabled; all other moves are left unchanged.
