Sale Contact Type

This module extends the contact types in Odoo with a new option called 'Ordering contact'. You can set this type on any contact record, typically a child contact of a company, to indicate that this is the person to talk to when dealing with sales orders.

On the sales order form, the customer field is filtered automatically. It only shows contacts that are marked as 'Ordering contact', or companies that do not yet have any ordering contact among their child contacts. This helps users pick the right person or company without searching through all contacts.

Behind the scenes, each company contact gets a technical flag that tells whether it has at least one child contact of type 'Ordering contact'. This flag is recalculated automatically whenever the type of a child contact changes, and it is stored so the sales order filter works quickly.

The module touches the contact model res.partner and the sales order form view sale.order. It does not add new menus or reports; the change appears directly in the customer selection on sales orders and in the contact type dropdown on contact forms.
