Sale Partner Version

This module changes what happens when you confirm a sales order in Odoo. Normally, the invoice address and delivery address on a sales order are simply links to the customer's current addresses; if someone later edits the customer's address, old orders change too.

With this module, at the moment of confirmation, Odoo creates a private copy of both the invoice address and the delivery address and attaches those copies to the sales order. The original customer record is left untouched. Because the copies belong only to that order, the addresses shown on the confirmed order stay exactly as they were when it was confirmed.

• Applies to the sale.order model and its confirmation action.
• Covers the fields partner_shipping_id (delivery address) and partner_invoice_id (invoice address).
• Uses the address versioning feature from the partner_address_version module to make the copies.
• Copies are reused within the same confirmation run, so the same address is not duplicated unnecessarily.

There are no new menus, buttons, reports or settings. The change is automatic and invisible except that confirmed orders keep their own frozen addresses. This is useful for keeping invoices and delivery documents historically accurate.
