Sale Pricelist Discount Decimal Precision

This module changes how two numeric fields on pricelist items are stored and displayed: the percentage price and the price discount. Instead of using the standard precision, both now use the "Discount" decimal precision configured in Odoo.

Where it appears: - On pricelist item records (the lines inside a pricelist), the fields percent_price (Percentage Price) and price_discount (Price Discount) are affected.

What changes for users: - When a user types a percentage price or a price discount on a pricelist item, the number of decimal places allowed follows the Discount precision setting, not the default float precision. - The same precision is used when Odoo displays those values, so the entered decimals are shown consistently.

Business rules and automatic behaviour: - There are no new checks, restrictions, emails or scheduled jobs in the code. The only behaviour is the decimal precision applied to the two fields.

Areas touched: - The module extends the existing product.pricelist.item model from the Sales application. It does not add new menus, screens or reports.
