sale stock warehouse multicompany

This module is for groups where one warehouse serves more than one company. It adds a Companies field to warehouses and to stock routes, shown as tags on the warehouse form and on the route form (only for users allowed to work with several companies).

On a sales order you can pick the warehouse that will supply the goods. The list of warehouses offered is limited to those linked to the company of that sales order, so you cannot choose a warehouse that does not serve the selling company.

On each sales order line you can choose a stock route. Only routes that are marked as selectable on sales orders and that are linked to the selling company are offered.

When the delivery is prepared, the stock moves are assigned to the company that owns the chosen warehouse, not to the selling company. This means the invoice and taxes stay with the selling company, while the physical stock movement is booked in the owning company.

Because the route can be chosen per line, usual delivery options such as cross-docking or drop shipping remain available. The module touches sale.order, sale.order.line, stock.warehouse and stock.route.
