Stock full location reservation on assign

This module extends the full location reservation feature so it can run automatically instead of being triggered by hand.

On each operation type (for example Internal Transfers), a new option "Auto full location reservation on assign" appears in the operation type form, next to the existing full location reservation setting. The option is only shown for operation types whose code is internal.

When the option is enabled on the operation type used by a transfer, every time the transfer is reserved (the standard "Check Availability" / assign action), Odoo first runs the normal reservation and then automatically applies the full location reservation to that transfer. Transfers whose operation type does not have the option enabled keep behaving exactly as before.

The module touches the transfer model stock.picking and the operation type model stock.picking.type, and adds a field to the operation type form view. No new menus or reports are added; the change is a setting plus an automatic behaviour during reservation.
