Stock Quant Inventory Security

This module separates the right to perform inventory adjustments from the broader stock manager role. It creates a new user group called "Stock: Inventory Adjustments".

• The new group automatically includes the standard stock user rights, and the standard stock manager group automatically includes the new group, so existing managers keep their abilities.
• The buttons that open inventory adjustments from a product form (the "Update Quantity on Hand" action) are now restricted to this new group instead of the stock manager group.
• In the inventory adjustment screen, the buttons to create an inventory adjustment name and to request a stock count are also restricted to the new group.
• The field used to apply a counted quantity automatically is only visible to members of the new group.
• When a member of the new group opens quantities from a product or a lot, the system temporarily treats them as allowed to reach the inventory screens, and it permits updating the last inventory date on a location in that context.
• Members of the new group get read, write and create access (but not delete) to the inventory adjustment name and stock request count records.

In short, a business can let warehouse staff count and adjust stock without granting them all other stock manager powers.
