Survey Partner Representative

This module adds the ability to answer a survey for another person. On the survey configuration form, in the participants section, a new option lets you allow this behaviour for that survey.

Only users belonging to the new "Representative on surveys" security group can use it. When such a user opens an allowed survey, the usual check that the answer belongs to the logged-in contact is skipped, so they can fill it in for someone else.

When the answer is created, the system clears the normal respondent name, email and nickname, and instead stores the logged-in user as the representative who filled it in. The answer form then shows this representative next to the participant field, but only when one has been set.

A reusable technical component is also provided so other records linked to a survey answer can automatically pick up the representative contact; it can be overridden manually if needed.

In short: surveys can be marked as fillable on behalf of others, a dedicated permission group governs who may do it, and each answer keeps track of both the participant and the person who actually completed it.
