Free Text Answers on Events Questions

When setting up questions for an event, organizers can now tick a "Free text" option on a question. Once ticked, the usual list of predefined answers is hidden for that question, and attendees type their own answer instead.

On the public event registration page, a question marked as free text shows a text box (required) instead of a drop-down list, both for the main attendee and for additional attendees. The typed answer is saved with the registration.

In the backend, each registration keeps a list of free-text answers, visible on the registration form as tags. Each answer is linked to one question and one registration, and the same question cannot be answered twice for the same registration.

This module extends the event question, event registration and event answer models, and adds a new answer record type. It relies on the standard event questions feature, so it only applies to events that already use questions.
