Website Sale Checkout Skip Payment

This module adds an option to skip the online payment step for customers who are logged in on the website.

• On the customer contact form (Sales tab) there is a new checkbox "Skip Website Checkout Payment". When ticked, that customer will not be asked to pay during website checkout. The setting is propagated to child contacts.
• In Website settings, under the payment block, you can set the "Sale Checkout Skip Message" shown to the customer at the end of the purchase. It is translatable and has a default text.
• During checkout, the payment button and express checkout options are hidden for such customers, and the main button becomes "Confirm".
• When the customer confirms, the order is automatically confirmed (quotation sent state) and the confirmation email is sent. If confirmation fails, an error page is displayed.
• The confirmation page hides the usual payment status information and instead shows the configured skip message.
