Modules in the repository

  • account_analytic_account_tag

Adds a Tags field to analytic accounts so you can label and group them by categories. Tags appear on the analytic account form, list and search views.

  • account_analytic_default_account

Lets you set a default analytic account based on the general ledger account, so invoice and journal entry lines automatically get the right analytic account when that account is used.

  • account_analytic_default_purchase

Automatically fills in the analytic account on purchase order lines based on the product, vendor and company, using the analytic default rules already configured in Odoo.

  • account_analytic_distribution_manual

Lets users save named analytic distributions and quickly apply them to invoices, journal items and other records, instead of re-entering analytic accounts by hand each time.

  • account_analytic_distribution_manual_date

Adds start and end dates to manual analytic distributions, so only distributions valid for the invoice date are offered and used. It also blocks saving an invoice when its date falls outside the distribution's period.

  • account_analytic_distribution_model_recalculate

Adds start and end dates to analytic distribution models and lets you recalculate or synchronize the analytic distribution of journal items that were assigned by those models.

  • account_analytic_distribution_required

Adds two new analytic policies to control analytic distributions on journal items: 'Always (analytic distribution)' and 'Always (analytic account or distribution)'. It also enforces that an analytic account and an analytic distribution cannot be used…

  • account_analytic_distribution_widget_rebalance

Adds a Rebalance button to the analytic distribution popup so users can automatically adjust a line's percentage to bring the plan total back to 100%.

  • account_analytic_document_date

Adds an 'Analytic Document Date' to invoices, bills, bank statement lines and analytic entries, so you can record the period when income or expense really happened, separate from the invoice date.

  • account_analytic_line_commercial_partner

Adds a Commercial Entity field to analytic items, automatically filled from the item's partner, and lets users group analytic items by this commercial entity.

  • account_analytic_line_name_text

Allows users to enter long, multi-line descriptions on analytic accounting lines instead of being limited to a short single-line label.

  • account_analytic_maintenance

Adds an Accounting section to maintenance equipment records so users can store an analytic distribution (cost centers/analytic accounts) directly on each piece of equipment.

  • account_analytic_no_lines

This module stops Odoo from creating separate analytic entries from journal items and hides the related analytic entry menus, so you can do your analytic reporting directly on journal items instead.

  • account_analytic_organization

Lets you tag contacts with an "Analytic Organization" and automatically shows that tag on analytic lines and journal items, so you can filter and group costs and revenues by organization.

  • Account Analytic ParentOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    account_analytic_parent

Lets you organise analytic accounts in a parent/child tree, so costs and revenues can be analysed at any level of a hierarchy. Each account shows its full path name and its depth level.

  • account_analytic_parent_plan_restrict

Prevents an analytic account from being linked to a parent or child that belongs to a different analytic plan, keeping each hierarchy inside one plan.

  • Account Analytic RequiredOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    account_analytic_required

Adds a per-account analytic policy so Odoo can force, forbid, or only require analytic accounts on journal entries. Accountants get an error when the rule is broken.

  • account_analytic_root

Adds a computed field on analytic accounts showing the top-most parent account in the hierarchy, so users can group and report on entire analytic account trees.

  • Account Analytic SequenceOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    account_analytic_sequence

Automatically gives every analytic account a unique reference code (like AA001) and prevents two analytic accounts in the same company from sharing the same code.

  • account_analytic_spread_by_tag

Lets you mark an analytic tag so that journal item amounts carrying that tag are automatically split equally across all analytic accounts linked to the same tag.

  • Account Analytic TagOdoo 16, 17, 18, 19
    account_analytic_tag

Lets you create coloured analytic tags and attach them to invoice lines and analytic entries, so you can categorise costs and revenues beyond analytic accounts.

  • account_analytic_tag_default

Lets you set default analytic tags on an analytic account so that invoices and journal items using that account automatically get those tags when no other tag is chosen.

  • account_analytic_tag_distribution

Lets you set an analytic distribution directly on an analytic tag, so that any journal item using that tag automatically gets its analytic lines split according to the tag's distribution.

  • account_analytic_wip

Track work in progress and cost variances on analytic accounts. Odoo creates tracking items, compares planned versus actual costs, and posts WIP and variance journal entries automatically.

  • account_move_analytic_link

Adds a shortcut button on journal items and invoice lines that opens the analytic items generated from their analytic distribution. Only users with analytic accounting rights see it.

  • account_move_analytic_recreate

When you change the analytic account or analytic tags on a journal item, Odoo automatically deletes the old analytic lines and recreates them to match the new values.

  • Account move update analyticOdoo 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    account_move_update_analytic

Lets accounting users change the analytic distribution on already posted journal entries and invoice lines, either one line at a time or for all lines of selected journal entries.

  • analytic_activity_based_cost

Set up Activity Based Costing: mark products as cost drivers, define the cost products they generate, and let analytic items automatically create related cost analytic items.

  • analytic_amount_security

Adds a security group that controls which users can see the amount (cost) on analytic lines. By default, regular users and analytic accounting users are granted this access.

  • Base Analytic Department CategorizationOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
    analytic_base_department

Links analytic accounts and analytic lines to HR departments, so you can tag costs and revenues by department and filter or group analytic data by department.

  • analytic_distribution_widget_remove_save

Removes the Save button from the analytic distribution popup, so users no longer have to click Save after editing analytic distribution values.

  • analytic_hr_department_restriction

Restrict which analytic plans and analytic accounts each user can see, based on the HR departments linked to them. Users only see plans/accounts tied to their own department (or, optionally, those with no department).

  • analytic_mixin_analytic_account

Adds two read-only fields to records that use analytic distribution: a list of the analytic accounts involved and their names as a comma-separated text. Useful for exports and as a hook for custom logic.

  • Link analytic items and partnerOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
    analytic_partner

Adds an 'Other Partner' field to analytic items so you can search and group analytic entries by partner, and automatically fills it from the invoice's commercial partner when invoices are validated.

  • analytic_partner_hr_timesheet

Classify HR timesheet activities by partner and see them from the partner form. When a project is chosen on a timesheet, its partner is filled in automatically.

  • analytic_product_category

Adds a Product Category field to analytic entries, automatically filled from the product, so you can filter and group analytic lines by product category.

  • Analytic Accounts DimensionsOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15
    analytic_tag_dimension

Create analytic dimensions to group analytic tags, and automatically store the chosen tag of each dimension on journal items, analytic entries and invoice reports so you can filter and group by dimension.

  • analytic_tag_dimension_enhanced

Adds extra control over analytic tags: mark dimensions as required, order tag choices by sequence, auto-create tags from another model's records, and filter tag choices based on previously selected tags.

  • analytic_tag_dimension_purchase_warning

Adds a warning when saving purchase order lines that use two analytic tags from the same dimension, helping keep analytic accounting consistent.

  • analytic_tag_dimension_sale_warning

Adds the analytic tag dimension warning to sales order lines, so Odoo warns users when two tags from the same dimension are selected on a sale order line.

  • crm_claim_analytic

Link claims to analytic accounts and track the costs and revenues recorded on each claim. See how many claims belong to an analytic account and jump straight to their analytic entries.

  • hr_department_analytic

Adds an Analytic Account field to HR departments, so each department can be linked to an analytic account for cost and revenue tracking.

  • hr_expense_analytic_tag

Adds an "Analytic Tags" field to expense forms so users can tag expenses with analytic tags, which are then carried over to the accounting entries and payments generated from those expenses.

  • hr_timesheet_analytic_tag

Lets you set analytic tags on a project task so that timesheets recorded on that task automatically inherit those tags on their analytic entries.

  • Analytic for manufacturingOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15
    mrp_analytic

Adds analytic account and analytic tags to manufacturing orders, and automatically copies them onto the accounting entries created when the order is completed.

  • mrp_analytic_child_mo

When a Manufacturing Order is confirmed or its analytic account is changed, the same analytic account is automatically copied to the child manufacturing orders generated from it.

  • mrp_analytic_sale_project

When a Sales Order is confirmed, any Manufacturing Orders generated from it automatically inherit the Sales Order's analytic account, so manufacturing costs are tracked under the same analytic account as the sale.

  • MRP Stock AnalyticOdoo 16, 17, 18, 19
    mrp_stock_analytic

Lets you set an analytic distribution on a manufacturing order so the analytic accounts are carried onto the component stock moves, and optionally onto finished product moves and WIP accounting entries.

  • Partner AnalyticOdoo 13, 15
    partner_analytic

Lets you set a default customer analytic account and a default vendor analytic account on each contact, so invoice and bill lines automatically get the right analytic account when none is set.

  • POS Analytic ConfigOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    pos_analytic_by_config

Lets you set analytic distribution rules that apply only to a specific Point of Sale configuration, so POS orders and their invoices get the right analytic accounts automatically.

  • Purchase Analytic (MTO)Odoo 12, 13, 14, 15
    procurement_mto_analytic

When a sale order with an analytic account triggers a purchase order (make-to-order), the analytic account is automatically copied onto the purchase order line, so costs are tracked to the right project.

  • Product AnalyticOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
    product_analytic

Lets you set up analytic distribution rules directly on a product or a product category, so invoices using those products automatically get the right analytic accounts.

  • product_analytic_purchase

Automatically fills the analytic distribution on purchase order lines using the expense analytic account configured on the product. It is a technical glue module installed automatically with purchase and product_analytic.

  • product_analytic_sale

Automatically fills the analytic distribution on sale order lines using the income analytic account configured on the product or its category, so sales get the right analytic account without manual entry.

  • Purchase AnalyticOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    purchase_analytic

Adds an analytic distribution field directly on purchase orders, so you can assign analytic accounts to a whole order at once and have every order line inherit the same distribution.

  • purchase_analytic_distribution_model_warehouse

Automatically assigns analytic distributions to purchase order lines based on the destination warehouse of the picking type. Users can define warehouse-specific analytic distribution models.

  • purchase_analytic_required

Makes the analytic distribution mandatory on the Purchase Order form, so users cannot save a purchase order without filling in the analytic account.

  • Purchase Analytic TagOdoo 16, 17, 18
    purchase_analytic_tag

Adds an "Analytic Tags" field to purchase order lines so the tags are carried over to the accounting entries created from the purchase order.

  • Purchase Request AnalyticOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 17
    purchase_request_analytic

Adds an analytic distribution field to purchase requests, used as the default for new request lines and copied to all lines when set.

  • Purchase Stock AnalyticOdoo 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
    purchase_stock_analytic

Copies the analytic distribution entered on a purchase order line to the related stock moves, so the same analytic accounts are used for both purchasing and inventory movements.
