Account Reconcile Oca

This module adds a full reconciliation workspace for bank statements and for accounts flagged as reconcilable.

• On a bank statement line, users get a reconciliation screen where they can pick existing journal items as counterparts, edit amounts, accounts, partners, names and analytic distributions, and see a suspense line that balances the entry. A button confirms the reconciliation and creates or updates the related journal entry.
• Reconcile models (automatic rules) can be applied manually from the screen, and are also applied automatically when a new statement line is created, so matching entries are proposed without manual work.
• A separate 'Reconcile' screen lists reconcilable accounts grouped by account, partner, currency and company, showing only posted entries. Users can add multiple lines at once, clean the current work, and confirm the reconciliation; the work in progress is saved per user.
• Journals gain a reconciliation mode (edit or keep) and an aggregation setting (by statement, day, week or month); the same aggregation can be set company-wide in settings.
• From a bank statement, buttons open the statement itself or its lines directly in the reconciliation view.
• A 'Reconciliation Models' menu is added under the accounting configuration menu.
• The module touches account.bank.statement.line, account.bank.statement, account.move.line, account.journal, account.reconcile.model, res.company and res.config.settings.
