User Locale Settings

This module adds locale display settings that can be set per user or per company, so the way dates, times, numbers and calendars look can be adjusted without changing the language.

Where it appears: - In Settings, under the General Settings app, a new "Locale" block lets administrators set a company-wide Date Format, Time Format, Week Start, Decimal Separator and Thousands Separator. - In each user's Preferences (the same screen where the time zone is chosen), the same five fields are available so a user can override the company values for themselves.

Business rules and automatic behaviour: - For every setting, the user's own value wins; if the user leaves it empty, the company value is used. - These values are applied when the web client loads its translations, so the chosen formats are used across the interface. - Calendar events use the same date and time formats, so calendar displays follow the user or company preference. - Saving preferences reloads the web client so the new formats take effect immediately.
