Employee Medical Examination

This module adds a new "Medical Examinations" area under the Employees menu. Each examination record has a name, the employee, the examination date, a year, a result (Passed or Failed), a free note and a status shown as a status bar: Pending, Done, Cancelled or Rejected. From the form you can use the buttons Mark as Done, Mark as Cancelled, Mark as Rejected, and Back To Pending to return a finished record to Pending. When you enter an examination date, the year is filled in automatically. Records are followed in the chatter, so notes and changes are logged.

On the employee form a new button with a medical kit icon shows how many examinations that employee has; clicking it opens the list of that employee's examinations. The button is only visible to the employee's own linked user or to HR managers.

HR managers also get a "Generate Medical Examinations" menu. The wizard asks for an examination name and year, optional Department and Job filters, then a Populate button fills the employee list. Pressing Generate creates one pending examination per selected employee and opens the resulting list.

Access is restricted: regular users can only read their own examinations, while HR managers can create, edit and delete all of them.
