Hr Leave Hour

This module changes the Time Off request form so that the start and end hours are entered as numbers with a time widget, rather than as free text.

• On the time off request form, the original text hour fields are hidden and replaced by two new numeric fields: one for the hour from and one for the hour to.
• These numeric fields are only shown when the request is set to be counted in hours (the 'request_unit_hours' option). In that case they are also mandatory.
• Once a request has been validated, the hour fields become read-only, so they can no longer be changed.
• The module keeps the original text hour fields up to date automatically: whenever the numeric hour is filled in, the text version is recalculated and stored, so other parts of Odoo that read the text hours still work.
• It also hooks into the standard recalculation that happens when the request dates, the day period, the employee or the hours change, so the request parameters stay consistent.

The module extends the hr.leave model and inherits the standard time off form view from the Time Off application. It does not add any new menu, report or scheduled action.
