Hr Maintenance Workspace

This module adds a new Workspaces concept to the Maintenance app. A workspace is a real place (with a name, description and location) that can hold both employees and equipment.

• A new Workspaces menu appears under the Maintenance menu for equipment managers, with kanban, list and form views. The kanban groups workspaces by location.
• On a workspace form you get two tabs: Equipments (the equipment placed in that workspace) and Employees (the people working there). Counters show how many equipments, employees and employee-owned equipments are linked, and a button opens the list of equipment belonging to the workspace's employees.
• On an employee's form a new button shows how many workspaces that employee belongs to and opens the matching list.
• On maintenance equipment you can now choose Workspace as the assignment type. When you do, the employee and department fields are cleared and hidden; when you assign equipment to an employee or department, the workspace is cleared. The equipment form, list, kanban and search views show the workspace, and you can filter or group equipment by workspace.
• Workspaces use the chatter, so messages and followers are tracked. Only equipment managers can create or change workspaces; other users can only read them.
