HR Org Chart Overview

This module adds a new screen called Organizational Chart under the Human Resources reports menu. It draws the whole company hierarchy as a chart: each box shows the employee's photo, name and job title, and boxes are linked to show who reports to whom.

• Click any employee box to open that employee's form.
• Use the search box to highlight matching employees and hide the rest of the chart.
• Zoom in, zoom out and toggle panning to move around large charts.
• Print the chart to a PDF file.

The chart is built from the hr.employee records. Only employees of the current company (or with no company set) are shown, and only top-level employees who actually have subordinates are used as starting points, so the chart stays focused on real reporting lines.

The module also adds a safety rule on employees: you cannot set a manager in a way that creates a loop in the reporting chain (for example, making someone their own indirect manager). If you try, Odoo blocks the change with an error message.
