Employees study field

This module replaces the free-text study field on the employee form with a structured choice, so all employees are described with the same values.

• A new list of studies is available under the Human Resources configuration menu, named Studies. It is a simple editable list where each study has a name and a position (sequence) that controls the order in which studies appear.
• On the employee form, the old free-text study field is hidden and a new Study field is shown instead. You select one study from the maintained list.
• When you pick a study on an employee, the original free-text study field is automatically filled with the name of the selected study, so existing reports or searches that use that text keep working.
• The Study field on the employee is tracked, so changes to it are recorded in the employee's history.
• Studies can be linked to a company. Users only see studies belonging to the companies they are allowed to work in (plus studies not linked to any company), which keeps the list relevant in multi-company setups.
• Regular HR users can read the list of studies; only HR managers can create, edit or delete entries.

The module touches the employee record and adds a new study reference list, plus its menu, list view and access rules.
