MT940 EXIM Format Bank Statements Import

This module adds a new import format for bank statements so you can load MT940 files downloaded from Eximbank (formerly Banca Românească) directly into Odoo.

• On the bank journal, the list of available statement import formats now includes the Eximbank MT940 option, so it can be selected when importing a file.
• When a file is imported, Odoo detects that it comes from Eximbank either because the journal's bank has the BIC codes BRMAROBU or EXIMROBU, or because the Eximbank format was explicitly chosen.
• The file is read with a dedicated parser that understands the Eximbank layout: it reads the header, the statement number, and each transaction line, extracting the value date, the amount with its debit/credit sign, and the bank reference.
• The statement name is built from the statement number information found in the file.
• For each transaction, the payment reference and narration are filled from the free-text description, and Odoo tries to recognise the counterpart: it looks for a Romanian company name (SRL, SA, PFA, SNC), a tax identifier (CIF) and a bank account number, then searches for a matching contact and links it to the transaction.

It works together with the Romanian MT940 base module and affects bank journals, the statement import wizard and the MT940 parser.
