Romania - Stock Picking Valued Report

This module enriches the standard delivery/stock picking printout with money values, but only for companies flagged as Romanian records and whose country is Romania.

On each stock operation line, Odoo now computes a currency, a unit price, additional charges, a subtotal, taxes and a total. The source of these values depends on the line: - if the line comes from a sales order, the price is taken from the sales order line and scaled to the moved quantity; - if it comes from a purchase order, the value is taken from the stock move valuation, taxes from the purchase line are added, and amounts are converted to the purchase currency when it differs from the company currency; - otherwise the value comes from the stock move valuation, and any extra value (for example landed costs) appears as additional charges.

The picking itself shows a currency, an untaxed amount, a tax amount and a total, summed from its lines. A picking is treated as "internal" when its moves are not linked to a sales or purchase order; internal transfers show only unit price and subtotal, while other transfers show the full breakdown.

The printed delivery document gets new columns (unit price, additional charges, subtotal, taxes, total, and reserved quantity before validation) and a totals block at the bottom. The same values are added to the aggregated product lines and to serial/lot lines of the report. No new menus are created; the change appears in the existing delivery slip report.
