MRP Component Availability Search

This module adds a new way to search and filter manufacturing orders in Odoo based on the availability of their components.

• On the Manufacturing Orders list, a new filter called "Component Availability Issues" appears next to the existing planning filters. Selecting it shows only orders whose components are not available on time.
• The filter works on a new searchable field, components_availability_state, on mrp.production. You can use it in the search bar to find orders by their component availability state.
• The search only considers orders that are confirmed or in progress; draft, done or cancelled orders are ignored.
• When you search for a specific availability state, Odoo checks each relevant order on the fly and returns the matching ones. Searching for orders without a state returns the opposite set.
• Only the equals and not-equals operators are accepted; other operators raise an error message.

This module does not change how manufacturing orders are created or processed. It only adds a filtering and searching capability on the Manufacturing Orders screen.
