Project Stakeholder

This module adds a way to keep track of the people and organisations involved in a project, beyond the customer and the assigned team.

On a project form, a new "Project Stakeholders" tab appears (visible to project users). There you can add lines directly in the list, each with a stakeholder (a contact), a stakeholder role and a free note.

Roles are managed separately: a "Stakeholder Roles" menu is available under the Project configuration menu for project managers, where roles can be created, edited and deleted. A role name is required and can be translated.

On a contact form, a new "Stakeholder in Projects" tab shows every project where that contact is listed as a stakeholder, with the role, the project and the note. This makes it easy to see a person's involvements across projects.

Business rules coming from the code: each stakeholder line must have a role, a contact and a project. A role that is still used cannot be deleted. Deleting a contact or a project removes the related stakeholder lines. Project users can read stakeholder information, while only project managers can create, change or delete it.
