Website Helpdesk Mgmt

This module makes the helpdesk ticket model available to the Odoo website form builder. Once installed, you can add a website form whose purpose is "Create a Ticket" and place it on any page of your website.

When building the form, the following fields are offered to visitors: - Your Name and Your E-Mail Address (pre-filled from the logged-in visitor when possible) - Category (helpdesk.ticket.category) - Support Team (helpdesk.ticket.team) - Subject (required) - Description (required)

In the form editor you can also choose a default Category and a default Support Team, so tickets created through the website are automatically routed to the right category and team.

The module also grants public website visitors read-only access to support teams, so the team selection can be displayed without exposing any write or delete rights. No new menus, reports, scheduled actions or emails are added by this module; it only connects the website form builder to the existing helpdesk ticket model (helpdesk_mgmt.model_helpdesk_ticket).
