This addon allows to modify the colour of the chat coming from mail threads. Users don't know easily if an opened chat comes from a comment from another user or if it comes to some record. Now, we can declare a standard color for all threads comming from models. We can even declare a specific color for a model.

Send an email with a summary of remote IMAP mailbox folders, with their total space used. This is especially relevant in cases where invoices are received by email to make sure they can get through.

This module allows to: · mark e-mails older than x days as read, · move those messages in a specific folder, · remove messages older than x days on IMAP servers, just before fetching them. Since the main "mail" module does not mark unroutable e-mails as read, this means that if junk mail arrives in the catch-all address without any default route, fetching newer e-mails will happen after re-parsing those unroutable e-mails.

This module disables, by default, the option to send a notification email when adding followers to a record in the chatter.

This module changes the ordering of channels in the Discuss sidebar. Unread channels are placed before read channels. Inside the unread group, channels are ordered by most recent activity so the latest channel with new messages is shown first. Read channels keep the standard alphabetical ordering from Odoo.

In odoo, by default, all user can see messages ("Discuss" menu entry). This feature is not interesting in some instances. This module so creates a new group 'See Discuss Menu' to display this entry menu and users are not member of this group by default. Also in the systray, the message icon is removed:

This module was written to allow users to drag&drop emails from their desktop to Odoo. It supports as well RFC822 .eml files as Outlook .msg (those only if an extra library is installed) files. When the mail is dropped to an odoo record, it will automatically send a notification of that new message that has been added to all the existing followers. It is possible to disable this notification.
