OCA modules for Odoo

This module addresses the BoM case where the product to manufacture has one attribute with tens or hundreds of values (usually attribute "color", eg: "Configurable Desk" can be produced in 900 different colors). This module allows to duplicate a product with variants, at the same time creating a BoM with type "Kit" for the new product mapping variants of the original product. This is useful when managing products that only exist as a "front" for a product with another name, to avoid having to manually map variants in BOM.

This module makes use of the features provided by module mrp_bom_attribute_match to create, for a finished product: · Semi-finished products with relevant attributes and settings · Structure of BoMs to manufacture them.

This module allows you to compare two Bill of Materials to view the differences.

This module allows you to replace or remove a component in several bills of materials at once. When a component must be changed, the wizard shows the bills of materials where it is used (excluding, when replacing, those that already contain the new component to avoid duplicated lines), lets the user select the ones to update, and then either removes the component or replaces it with another product (setting the new quantity) in a single step.

Adds a menu item Bill of Material Components.

This modules extend the Manufacturing App adding a report that explodes the bill of materials and show the stock available in the source location.

Provide a new field sequence on bom components, which allows to manage the order of moves in a picking.

This module enforces Unit of Measure (UoM) rounding validation on Bill of Materials (BoM) component quantities. When a component is added to a BoM, the system validates that the quantity respects the rounding precision defined in the Unit of Measure. For example, if a UoM has a rounding of 1.0 (like "Units" or "Each"), the system will not allow quantities like 0.1 or 0.5. This module adds the location field to the Bill of Materials and its components. This may be useful to distinguish between different BoMs for the same product or to highlight the preferred locations to fetch the components from. The location appears in the BOM Structure Report.

The Matrix Bill of Materials is a report that shows connections between all parents and all components. This report helps to identify the products that are used in lots of assemblies or finished products. If a raw material/assembly is used in many parent assemblies/finished products, it is likely that you'd want to make sure that you never run out of it.

Multi Company Bill of Materials

This module creates in BoM a new field to add notes in rich text format.

Default BoM Order is weird : sequence and id. This module changes it and change order in BoM tree view with :Product template name, then product variant name, then their code. It hides sequence as it is not used anymore.

Replace sequence by priority in order to prioritize easily BoMs. Priority is used to bring up the most important BoMs, the others being classified as by default. This priority will be used to select the right BoM during manufacturing (thus replacing the sequence).
